Join the growing team at Propertylab Technology Sdn Bhd as a full-time Customer Service Admin based in Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's day-to-day activities.

What you’ll be doing

• Handling customer inquiries and providing responsive and effective customer support
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and interactions
• Assisting with the processing of customer orders, payments, and related administrative tasks
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Providing general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising files
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
