Job Description
- Identify market segments and promote company's products to potential customers.
- Coordinate, lead and ensure technical and commercial support services are provided to existing and potential customers.
- Attend to and resolve product quality and performance issues for customers.
- Negotiate most advantageous commercial terms of agreement.
- Explore, identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Evaluate, propose, develop and implement short-term business plans in line with market trends and company's business objectives for business growth.
- Lead and participate in market survey, intelligence and analysis.
- Work closely with customers and assist the R&D teams in developing new products for customers.
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers and commercial partners.
Job Requirements
Degree in marketing, business administration, chemistry, or science related discipline.At least 2 years' commercial or sales experience, preferably in the rubber gloves or related industries. However fresh graduate with the above qualification is encouraged to apply.Understanding of customer requirement and market dynamics.Good knowledge of sales and marketing would be added advantage.Able to liaise with people at different levels with good communication and interpersonal skill.Good presentation skill.Able to travel and work with a global team of professionals.Ability to work under pressure with internal and external customers to meet target objectives and timelines.
