Reports to : Head of Operations
Goal : Drive Eezee's commercial growth by sourcing, sending quotations, following on all sales opportunities with our key accounts and SMEs, and leveraging strong sourcing capabilities in the Singapore MRO industry to offer solutions to our clients.

Key Interactions

Internal Teams : Category Management, Operations team, Client Services, Product and Sales Team

Key Responsibilities

Source for MRO products across the region for our clients.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential suppliers and assess trends, pricing, and product availability, particularly within the MRO industry.

Evaluate suppliers based on their ability to meet product specifications, quality standards, and pricing requirements, with a focus on those operating in the Singapore market.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers to secure competitive pricing while maintaining product quality.

Seek cost‑saving opportunities through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies, drawing on knowledge of local suppliers in the MRO space.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless end‑to‑end execution of category and sourcing‑related activities.

Stay informed about competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market dynamics, providing recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Key Criteria

Strong sourcing capabilities and knowledge of Malaysia suppliers, particularly in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) industry, are essential for this role.
