Job Description
1. Campaign Preparation & Designing
Ø Design and prepare campaign posters, countdown posters, and qualifiers templates, on a daily / monthly, mid-month and yearly basis.
Ø Prepare announcement slides at every 1st, mid and month end.
Ø Any campaign / flyers in ad-hoc basis.
Ø Assist as an when needed both HOA for urgent announcements / incentives.
Ø Design items including A&I book covers, templates, t-shirts, lapel pins, and travel packs.
Ø Develop logos for eg : "Winning as One." for 3 consecutive years.
2. Communication
Ø Communicate on daily APE by ranking [CAMs / UMs / MEs / Rookies] report to HOAs / RHs / BDMs via various channels such as WhatsApp, email, myBiz.
Ø Communicate daily and as an when there is additional information on achievement of agency for on monthly / quarterly / yearly campaign to boost up agency / branches spirit to achieve further.
Ø Communicate on daily APE by ranking [CAMs / UMs / MEs / Rookies] report to HOAs / RHs / BDMs via various channels such as WhatsApp, email, myBiz.

Ø Managing latest information [Campaign / incentives / latest information] is updated promptly via myBiz / WhatsApp and communicated to HOAs / RHs / BDMs.
Ø Assist on communication with internal / external partners whether for premium items / campaign materials / top PP photo wall etc.
Ø Communicate with BDMs / Agency leaders / Qualifiers on latest photo / details for daily campaign announcements / posters publications such as MDRT / MRA / MRU / MRME / PP / The Club_Super Club / other on-going campaign.
Ø Notifying / reminding all BDMs on complying with our standard guidelines on doing communications / flyers etc.
1. Events
Ø Create and design backdrops, lanyards, other branding materials for events (such as Kick-Start, AAA, CEC and other ad hoc campaign / incentives).
Ø Main PIC to liaise with vendor on preparing of yearly or ad-hoc video for campaigns / incentives.
Ø Designing yearly theme logo / campaign / incentives flyers for daily / monthly / quarterly and yearly announcements.
Ø Flyers on latest updates of campaign / incentives / updates
Ø Managing events photo collage.
2. Payment Process
Ø Payment processes from preparing of purchase requisitions >
compiling supporting documentation >
payment requisitions.
Ø Follow up on requesting supporting documentation for preparation of purchase requisitions.
Ø Liaise with respective vendors for purchase of premium items / campaign materials etc.
1. Administrative & Reporting
Ø Prepare daily reports in PDF format [APE daily report for CAMs / UMs / MEs / Rookies
Ø Filing on all payment related for ad hoc / yearly audit review.
Ø Assisting Izzudin on doing vendor assessment.
Ø Preparing campaign summary for communication to relevant departments to prepare for reports / payments
Ø Managing agency force individual photo library.
2. Top PP
Ø Collect agents’ images from BDM’S
Ø Manage design work for Top PP recognition with vendor.
Ø Obtaining list of qualifiers from BAT to communicate to respective branch
3. Other Ad-Hoc Function
Ø Emcee for virtual announcements on Microsoft Teams for monthly and mid-month updates. (Only If needed)
Ø Pack and dispatch items for courier when required.
Ø Create Google Forms surveys for feedback and data collection.
Ø Assist in preparing circulars and offer letters, in the absence / as an when needed of Siti Zulaikha.
Ø Assist in division events for members of CAO as an when needed.
