Base pay range

This range is provided by TH Tong Heng Machinery Sdn Bhd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and service schedules.
Assign jobs and communicate job scopes clearly to mechanic and technician teams.
Monitor daily technician workload and provide administrative support.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in Business Admin, Office Management, or related field.

Minimum 1 year working experience in administration or maintenance support is preferred.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with team and clients.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must possess own transport and willing to work at Masai, Johor.
