Development of existing customer portfolio and recruitment of new accounts
Monitor customer preferences using strategic conversations and being the interface between the business and IT, building solid relationships with customers.
Manage and develop customer contact base, drive the sales of our service and vendor offerings, increasing more contacts and reporting on a pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly targets
Create and execute customer retention strategy
Up-sell, cross-sell & generate additional sales for INNOVADS’s services and offerings.
Close cooperation with the Pre-sales team and Technical team, building an account plan with existing resources
