Employment Type : Contract – Full time + EPF, SOCSO & EIS + performance-based annual bonus

Role Description : As a Supply Chain Specialist at Evlos, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to delivery. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing, logistics, and inventory control—supporting our high-tech product development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of components, equipment, and services aligned with project timelines
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
• Ensure accuracy in inventory levels, stock movements, and system updates
• Monitor, analyze, and report supply chain performance, suggesting improvements
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, import / export compliance, and customs clearance
• Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure all supply chain activities align with company cost-efficiency and quality goals
