Teller (Start ASAP)

Join our team in Petaling Jaya to perform counter transactions, assist customers, and contribute to branch sales growth.

Your role

Key responsibilities include :

• Perform all types of counter transactions including account opening, debit card issuance, cash and non-cash transactions in line with Bank’s policies.
• Attend to walk-in customers on enquiries involving financing and non-financing products and services ensuring accurate transaction validation.
• Handle cash within clerical cash holding limits and perform daily cash balancing accurately.
• Perform reconciliation of SST and other administrative functions.
• Contribute to branch deposit growth and cross-sell Deposit, Financing, Investment, and Wealth products.
• Participate in sales activities of the branch or region.
• Assist in preparing operational readiness of the premise for smooth operation and maintain cleanliness.
