Responsibilities
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and balance the cash drawer.
- Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Learn basic industrial automation parts to assist customers with product queries.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.Proficient in English or Mandarin (for effective customer communication).Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.Willingness to learn about industrial automation parts.Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.No prior experience required — Fresh Graduates are Welcome!#J-18808-Ljbffr
