Commercial Head

Job Summary :

This is a strategic leadership role, pivotal in driving the company 's growth and profitability across Malaysia. This role will spearhead the implementation of sales initiatives, working closely with the Managing Director to define and execute key strategies. In addition, this role will provide direction and guidance to Sales Team and ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable country-wide growth.

Job Requirements :

• Degree in any field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a coating or building materials industry with a strong commercial track record.
• Sharp business acumen with the ability to spot opportunities and win customer confidence.
• Solid leadership in managing dealerships / distributors and sales teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills; advanced in PowerPoint & Excel.
• Willing to travel across Malaysia.
