Finance Manager / Assistant Manager – Statutory & Reporting (Malaysia)

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
• Support annual external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and coordination with auditors.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting activities.
• Perform tax reconciliations and maintain proper documentation for all tax-related transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting and reporting standards relevant to the Malaysia entity.
