Overview

Role : Pharmacy Manager – on-site, Semenyih. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, managing pharmacy technicians, ensuring accurate prescription handling, administering immunizations, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy practice standards. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the pharmacy.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy technicians
Ensure accurate prescription handling and processing
Administer immunizations
Maintain compliance with pharmacy practice standards and regulations
Provide excellent customer service and healthcare consultations
Manage inventory and ensure efficient pharmacy functioning

Qualifications

Skills in managing Pharmacy Technicians and overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations

Experience in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and handling prescription processes

Capability to administer immunizations and provide healthcare consultations

Strong organizational and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field

Licensed Pharmacist in Malaysia

Experience in retail pharmacy is a plus
