Overview Factory / Machinery Maintenance Engineer (Pulau Indah / Klang)

Responsibilities

You will be the go-to expert for maintaining our diverse equipment.

Lead troubleshooting efforts to swiftly and systematically resolve equipment issues.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Solid understanding of engineering tools, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Supervising and liaising with contractors and service providers.

Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with strict food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, Halal).

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

A commitment to excellent personal hygiene and food safety standards.

Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.

A great team player with fantastic communication skills.

Qualifications

A Diploma or higher in Engineering with 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Food industry experience is a big plus!).

Knowledge of refrigeration system.

Knowledge of baking science and technology.
