Job Overview :

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our brand's presence across social platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, engaging with audiences, analyzing performance metrics, and driving growth across all relevant channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, community engagement, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and brand identity.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.) across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Monitor, engage, and grow the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships, collaborations, and brand advocacy.
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistent across all channels.
