Overview
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and software across user workstations and servers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues—hardware failures, network connectivity, application performance issues.
Ensure all issues logged in the ticketing system are resolved within the SLA and expectations.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Provide end-user support via in-person or ticketing systems; escalate issues as required.
Compliance with required IT policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and software across user workstations and servers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including hardware failures, network connectivity, and application performance
- Resolve issues logged in the ticketing system within the specified SLA and expectations
- Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory and ensure up-to-date documentation
- Provide end-user support in person or via ticketing systems and escalate as needed
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
