Responsibilities :

• Communicate with customers to understand their medical / nutrition / diet needs and recommend suitable health supplements.
• Provide basic health screenings.
• Counsel and advise customers on their medication regimen to improve health conditions.
• Assist in day-to-day operations, including coverage for other pharmacists if the need arises.
• Respond to customer complaints and comments.
• Communicate new product promotions and ensure promotions are communicated accurately to customers.
• Manage Poison and compliance to License A, KKM.
• Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Ensure product availability while keeping costs at optimal performance and working within storage capacity constraints.
• Ensure the pharmacy always complies with government regulations.
• Execute best pharmacy practices and follow guidelines given by authorities and the company.
• Deal with staffing issues and performance reviews.
• Provide or organize training and development (On-the-Job Training for the staff).
