Junior Operation

We are looking for a Junior Operation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling maintenance and repair work for building facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete the day-to-day operations of the building’s electrical, plumbing, and facility equipment assigned by Team Leader.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance for buildings as per schedule.
• Assist in coordinating special projects as directed by the Building Manager / Supervisor.
• Report any unusual occurrences, damages, or potential issues to the Building Manager / Supervisor.
• Perform repair and maintenance tasks, including air-conditioning, electrical issues, carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, and structural works.
• Maintain proper records of daily tasks in system.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
