We’re a boutique creative agency on a mission to craft meaningful, bold, and effective creative solutions for our clients across industries. As we grow, we're looking for a driven, detail-oriented and proactive Creative Account Executive to join our team and take charge of managing key client relationships.

What You’ll Do;

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients – building strong, long-term relationships.

Understand client goals, brands, and challenges to translate briefs into actionable creative strategies.

Manage day-to-day communication and project coordination between clients and internal teams (creative, digital, production, etc.).

Plan, execute, and oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and post-mortem summaries.

Lead client meetings, briefings, and status updates.

Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding scopes of work.

Stay ahead of trends and industry updates to add value to client conversations.

Who You Are;

2–5 years of relevant experience in an advertising / creative agency setting.

Strong client servicing and project management skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex info and communicate clearly.

Organized, meticulous, and able to juggle multiple projects and timelines.

A team player with good vibes, but also confident working independently.

Fluent in English (Bahasa Malaysia and / or Mandarin is a plus).

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Nice-to-Haves;

Background in branding, digital marketing, or campaign development.

Experience with tobacco, automotive, skincare, or FMCG clients.

Familiar with creative briefing and production processes.

Bonus points if you're meme fluent or know your way around Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe softwares.
