(VACANT) Clinical - Sales, Product Consultant

Salary Range MYR 3,000 - 3,999
City Bandar Sri Damansara
Country Malaysia

Job Description

Carry out all sales activities from lead generation through closure in an assigned territory to meet targets and achieve sales goals.

Responsible for the sale of assigned products and area of coverage.

Plan and execute sales activities according to directives from Managers to meet agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix, and outcomes within the scheduled time frame.

Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries via email, post, telephone, and personal visits.

Sell conservatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients regarding the various products our Company offers to address their business issues.

Conduct market research, monitor competitors’ activities, and perform customer surveys.

Continuously improve through feedback and stay updated on industry and product knowledge.

Assist in implementing company marketing plans as needed.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned areas of coverage.

Participate in and contribute to the development of educational programs for clients, prospects, and company employees.

Maintain good customer relations and build trust and support with all customers.

Requirements

Degree holder in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields.

Strong product knowledge and understanding of relevant industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Analytical and innovative mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Strong planning and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to build productive professional relationships is an advantage.
