Job description

Job Responsibilities

Review current HR processes across selected countries and compile an overview of variations
Develop harmonization proposals for each sub-process / activity
Define minimal effective process controls for quality and compliance
Produce a summary report with recommendations and an implementation roadmap
Document stakeholder engagement and feedback
Provide all deliverables in editable formats to allow future updates and modifications by the internal team
Collaborate with country and regional HR experts

Requirements

At least 8 years of relevant experience

Proven experience in HR process design and transformation

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors

Senior-level expertise in global HR environments

Independent consultants or firms with no conflict of interest

Strong proficiency in HR process modelling

Demonstrated ability to define and implement process controls for quality and compliance

Ability to work across diverse cultural and organisational contexts

Familiarity with global business and legal entity structure
