Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Preferred)
- Proven experience in manufacturing planning or production scheduling
- Proficiency in using ERP / MRP systems and production planning software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities & Duties :
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targetsCoordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materialsMonitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on scheduleAnalyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvementsCollaborate with engineering and quality assurance to resolve production issuesPrepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reportsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsManage inventory levels to minimize excess stock and reduce costsFacilitate communication between production teams and managementParticipate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss production goals and strategiesJob Type : Full-time
