Located in Kuala Lumpur, with additional offices in South Africa and India, Serunai's Halal Centre of Excellence provides professional Halal training programs and consultancy to assist local and international Halal certification applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage training programmes (local & international).
• Handle full training cycle : registration, logistics, trainers, participants, certificates & feedback.
• Coordinate with partners such as JAKIM, BPJPH, MATRADE, universities & certification bodies.
• Work with marketing team to promote training via digital platforms & social media.
• Prepare quotations, budgets & financial summaries for each training.
• Ensure HRD Corp (HRDF) compliance & documentation.
• Maintain training records, evaluations & certificates.
• Support hybrid / e-learning initiatives for COE.
• Compile monthly reports & propose improvement ideas.
