Job description :
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to team leader and team members;
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments;
- Maintaining records of team members' meetings and site visits;
- Assist in preparing project documents and reports;
- Assist Team Leader in preparing fee proposals;
- Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables;
- Liaise with clients and internal teams for project updates;
- Handle emails and correspondence related to projects;
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
Requirements :
At least a diploma / bachelor's degree in business administration / secretarial studies or a related fieldAble to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and accountabilityTeam player and strong communication skillsFluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, with proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese, as the role requires frequent coordination with Chinese-speaking clientsAble to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitudeProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience in Aconex system will be an added advantageOther information :
