Job description

Job description :

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to team leader and team members;
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records;
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments;
  • Maintaining records of team members' meetings and site visits;
  • Assist in preparing project documents and reports;
  • Assist Team Leader in preparing fee proposals;
  • Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables;
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams for project updates;
  • Handle emails and correspondence related to projects;
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

Requirements :

  • At least a diploma / bachelor's degree in business administration / secretarial studies or a related field
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Team player and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, with proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese, as the role requires frequent coordination with Chinese-speaking clients
  • Able to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Aconex system will be an added advantage
  • Other information :

  • Working location : Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur (walking distance from monorail & MRT stations)
