We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to the Recruitment Department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and possess a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Collection of daily mail and distribution
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Maintain updated records and databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment Department.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM.At least 1 year of relevant working experience.MUST be proficient in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.Good troubleshooting skills and self-motivated.Possess a pleasant personality, excellent telephone etiquette.
