Sales Manager

The incumbent is responsible to lead our sales initiatives across Malaysia. This pivotal role is responsible for achieving and exceeding the annual sales budget by developing and executing strategic sales plans. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing key dealer relationships, driving market share growth within a defined territory, and implementing target marketing activities to maximize revenue.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Commercial Performance

• Own and be accountable for achieving the annual sales revenue and profitability targets for the designated territory.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to expand market share and aggressively grow the customer base across the Egg, Swine, and Poultry business divisions.
• Establish and manage annual sales quotas, forecasts, and budgets for the region, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
