Requirements :
- SPM / Certificate in hospitality, F&B, or a related field. Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Prior experience as a tearista or in the F&B industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and Interpersonal Skills.
- Basic knowledge of F&B operations and equipment handling.
- Passionate about tea and beverages with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Friendly, positive, and able to work well in a team.
- Flexible and willing to support shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Have no issue working in Puchong (Possess own transport)
Scopes : Beverage Preparation
Make and serve tea and other drinks based on company recipes.Ensure each drink is consistent in taste and presentation.Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.Suggest drinks or menu items based on customer preferences.Handle questions and solve complaints politely and efficiently.Store Operations
Keep the work area, equipment, and customer space clean and tidy.Help with store opening / closing and restocking supplies.Check stock levels and inform the supervisor when items run low.Teamwork
Work well with teammates to keep daily operations smooth.Safety & Compliance
Follow health and safety rules to maintain a safe workplace.Stick to the company’s SOPs and quality guidelines.Salary Package :
RM 2,000-RM 2,500 Basic (Subject to experience) + Monthly Incentive between RM 300 - 2,500Store Operation Hour : 11am to 11pm (3 Different working shifts per day), 6 Working Days per week
