Junior Quantity Surveyor

Binawan Jaya Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our construction projects, ensuring accurate cost management and project control. What you’ll be doing

• Assist in preparing cost estimation, tender documents, and bills of quantities for infrastructure and building projects.
• Support project cost calculation, budgeting, and tender analysis based on drawings and specifications.
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for cost evaluation.
• Prepare monthly progress claims to the main contractor / client and verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in contract administration, including measurements, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Conduct joint measurements and site valuations with main contractor or client representatives.
• Support procurement, cost monitoring, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superior or management.
