Senior Accounts Executive

Overview

We are currently searching for a Senior Accounts Executive. We invite you to build your accounting career with us in our Finance Department. You will report to the Finance Director directly and also be part of a team responsible for managing the recording of daily sales, purchases, payments, bookkeeping and other administrative duties.

Our teams consist of high calibre professionals and we will provide a continuous learning and development environment through on the job training, providing support for professional courses and etc.

Responsibilities

• Handling of full set accounting, month- / year-end closing, bank reconciliation
• Prepare claims
• Liaise and respond to auditors
• Prepare agenda and minutes of meetings
• Compiling monthly reports for monthly meetings
• Other administrative duties e.g. e-invoicing set up and implementation

Due to growing trend and population of sophisticated alcoholic enthusiasts, the wines and liquor department has grown into one of the major departments in the store.
