Manager, Fulfilment (Business Development)

Responsibilities
- Drive topline growth based on internal and external leads aligned to Fulfilment sales target.
- Engage with clients to understand fulfilment requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Project and other teams to close funnels.
- Plan and implement sales, marketing and product development programmes targeted towards existing and new Ninja Van customers.
- Handle complex commercial negotiations, cross‑sell various products and aim for new wins.
- Independently prepare, draft and review presentations for customers.
- Negotiate contracts and engage with the legal team on client agreements.
- Provide sales activity updates for management review.
- Handle ad‑hoc fulfilment‑related tasks and inquiries as assigned.
- Gain market insights to penetrate new fulfilment business opportunities.
Requirements
At least a degree / diploma in any field.3‑5 years of extensive experience in sales, business development and marketing.Experience in 3PL logistics business development, particularly fulfilment and warehousing.Track record of managing and growing customer portfolios aligned to targets.Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with strong business acumen.Passion for working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.Strong multitasker with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively.Experience in e‑commerce logistics market sales / business development or account management.Strong existing working relationships with clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Proficiency in English (reading, writing & speaking).Apply for this job
