Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in supporting ZALORA’s brand enablement and growth initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying, pitching, converting, and onboarding new brand partners, as well as supporting the Business Development Manager with complex leads. The successful candidate will also manage content and information flows, support B2B pipeline tracking, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Brand Enablement & Pipeline Management :
• Proactively identify, approach and acquire both inbound / outbound potential brand partners (“hunting”).
• Pitch ZALORA’s value proposition to prospective brands and convert leads into active partners.
• Support onboarding processes for new brands / partners / vendors, ensuring a smooth transition onto the ZALORA platform.
• Assist the Business Development Manager with complex leads requiring customization or tailored solutions.
• Track and manage the B2B sales pipeline using CRM and other sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
