Job description

Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.

Assign tasks, monitor attendance and maintain discipline of production staff.

Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.

Coordinate with management and other departments to resolve production issues.

Implement and monitor workplace safety and cleanliness.

Provide training and guidance to workers to improve skills and productivity.

Prepare simple reports on production output, issues and improvements.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
