Overview
We are representing our client which is in product and service. As our client is expanding, they are looking for Foot soldier to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to potential customers. Your main goal is to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Hotlink / Maxis Fibre products and services to potential customers in assigned areas
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Educate customers about the features and benefits of Hotlink / Maxis Fibre products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalentPrevious sales experience in the telecommunications industry is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsPositive attitude and self-motivatedWilling to work on weekends and public holidaysMust find own transportation to workThis is a temporary position for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
