Overview

Our client is a global fintech company providing innovative payment gateway and cross-border payment solutions for businesses worldwide. They are seeking a Legal Executive to support their business compliance and legal operations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and internal departments.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and government authorities on legal and compliance matters.
• Support corporate governance activities , including preparation of board resolutions and statutory documents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and compliance frameworks .
• Maintain and organize legal documentation and filing systems .
• Monitor updates on regulatory requirements related to financial services, fintech, and payment systems.
