ADBRO is expanding and hiring for a Senior Business Development Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities
Proactively identify potential clients and business opportunities to expand ADBRO’s market presence. Act as a trusted advisor, promoting ADBRO’s innovative marketing solutions to establish them as top choices in the local market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brands to ensure successful delivery of digital advertising campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute tailored media plans, creatives, and campaign reports based on client briefs. Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent sales service and fostering long-term partnerships. Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital sales, business development, or account management; Strong network with advertising agencies, senior decision-makers, brand managers, media planners, and trading / investment teams; Experience with leading agencies, major holdings, top brands; Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic solutions; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; Proficiency in written English.
