Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) implemented in the company. Arrange ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 audit and awareness training. Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and correct non-conformities. Support customers with quality-related activities and liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal department heads on quality issues. Achieve company quality policy and objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. Candidates without manager-level work experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in managing ISO certification, leading audits, and QMS. Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings. Good communication skills in Malay, English and Mandarin and the ability to effectively liaise with other department heads and customers.
