As a Senior Quality Management Executive, you will leverage your experience and expertise to work on key initiatives related to quality management, regulatory compliance, technology transformation and firm-wide monitoring processes.

Job Responsibilities :
- Support the firm’s technology and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
- Evaluate and enhance quality management processes for compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and operation of the firm’s monitoring and remediation processes.
- Support the firm in regulatory inspections, including data collection and documentation.
- Compile, maintain, and update the firm’s operational documentation on a timely basis.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit, risk management, quality control, or a related area.Excellent command of the English language with the ability to draft internal compliance reports, policies, and action plans clearly and concisely; experience in copywriting is an added advantage.Knowledge in ISQM 1, ISQM 2, and PCAOB’s QC 1000 is an added advantage.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with audit-related software and data analytics is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
