Job Description
Plan and support the full ISO cycle, including reviews, audits, and recertification.
Monitor and report on Quality KPIs and drive topics related to the maintenance of ISO Certification, including technical, administrative, and compliance matters.
Maintain and develop the Management System (MS), ensuring document relevance and accessibility.
Undertake regular and continuous internal audits within the ISO process and follow up on findings.
Participate in ISO-related Steering Committees to align objectives and ensure process ownership.
Support complaint management processes, including coordination of root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions.
Collaborate with the Continuous improvement team to define and maintain operational standards.
Assist in developing and delivering training on quality systems, standards and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Business Administration with an emphasis in Quality.Experience working with ISO standards / quality systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong understanding of documentation systems, audits, and process standardization.Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.Strong communication, organization and training skills.Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.Exposure Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or 5S is a plus.We value diversity and therefore welcome all applicants - regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion / belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity, and any other protected status.
