Sales Consultant (Sunway Property - Ipoh)

Responsibilities

• Close sales and compile & report sales progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Build strong rapport and respond to prospects' inquiries with excellent service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Stay constantly updated on competitor products in the market.
• Maintain database of prospects in PMS (Prospect Management System) to create a consistent pipeline of potential customers in the future.
• Coordinate closely with project team to ensure completed unsold units are in good condition.
• Follow up for SPA signatories and release of SPA to lawyers for stamping.
• Process legal fee claims for SPA / loan and submit approved claims.
• Carry out market surveys, compile and analyze data to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs.
