Job descriptionLanguages : Excellent English + Mandarin and / or Cantonese (HSK 5 / 6 or equivalent). Experience : 2+ years in luxury hospitality, retail, travel, concierge, or customer service. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and administrative skills. Passion for travel, gastronomy, culture, and luxury lifestyle. Flexible, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience is a plus. Competitive salary + performance-based bonus. Flexible remote work (within Malaysia). What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional concierge services in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English via phone and email.
- Handle requests for dining, club reservations, gifts, tickets, spa & fitness, yachts, transport, and sightseeing for premium clients.
- Ensure requests are managed efficiently and creatively to exceed member expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with APAC lifestyle trends and proactively offer tailored recommendations.
- Promote exclusive events and lifestyle experiences to maximize member engagement.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented, and professional approach at all times.

Full-time, 40 hours / week, shift-based between 07 : 00-23 : 00, including weekends and public holidays.
