Ansell is looking for a HR Data & Analytics Manager to join our team in Krakow, PL, Cyberjaya, MY or Mumbai, IN.

In this position you will play a vital role in leading the development of HR data strategy, architecture, and dashboards to transform HR into a data-driven function. This role involves designing scalable reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights using platforms like Oracle Cloud HCM, EBS, and Taleo.
