Job descriptionBachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field; 1 - 4 years of relevant experience in finance / accounting. Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling skills. Hands-on with financial systems (Xero, NetSuite, Excel). Comfortable interpreting complex data to drive strategic action. Excellent communicator who can simplify and explain. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. A proactive, resourceful, and team-focused mindset. - Build budgets, P&L, and monthly reports to share actionable insights.
- Collaborate across teams (Ops, Marketing, Sales) to drive data-led decisions.
- Develop internal control, improve processes, and manage cash flow.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and audit preparation.
- Partner with banks, auditors, tax advisors—and keep us audit-ready.
