- Build budgets, P&L, and monthly reports to share actionable insights.
- Collaborate across teams (Ops, Marketing, Sales) to drive data-led decisions.
- Develop internal control, improve processes, and manage cash flow.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and audit preparation.
- Partner with banks, auditors, tax advisors—and keep us audit-ready.
