Trading System Manager Responsibilities

Assist in the onboarding of Managed Accounts and Social trading strategies Assist with the day to day operational tasks of the Trading Systems department Creation of new strategies, withdrawals, commission payments Troubleshooting related to Managed Accounts Assist in the monitoring of Managed Account activities to optimize partner performance and ensure requirements are met Assist all clients on LiveChat, Emails, Phone for questions related to Managed Accounts and Social Trading Educate the partners on the company platforms, trading products, new features Proactively work to retain existing business and try to expand it Update Trading Systems team social media channels Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per company policies, ethos and ethics Work with the team to ensure KPIs are met Support and assist all departments as required Candidate profile

A good understanding of CFDs and at least 1-year experience in the industry, preferably in a customer service / operations position Knowledge of affiliates / IB / partnerships in Forex is a bonus A good understanding of MT4 / MT5 platforms Well versed in Forex calculations such as pip value, leverage, margin Driven and results oriented Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications A team player with excellent communication skills Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage Able to work from 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM Malaysia time The offer
