Job description

Underwrite risks in line with company guidelines and delegated authority

Drive underwriting profitability by analyzing and assessing the insurability of risks, including adequacy of terms and conditions in received proposals

Adopt a proactive and consistent approach in preparing and submitting quotations and proposals for both new business and renewals

Utilize underwriting tools and systems effectively for risk evaluation, submission review, data collection, storage, and analysis

Deliver accurate reports and data-driven insights to management and clients

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards

Represent the company professionally and strengthen relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners through regular engagement, technical expertise, negotiations, product presentations, and service initiatives

Continuously build and maintain in-depth industry knowledge, including complex program structures, policy coverages, and risk management practices
