What You'll Do :

Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs

Assist in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies

Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications

Support onboarding processes for new hires

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Enthusiasm for learning about the recruitment process

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
