Role Overview

They are looking for a smart, hands-on, and highly independent Purchasing Manager who can set up and lead the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing and sampling to production and delivery. You\'ll work closely with leadership, report to the Operations Manager, and manage procurement across Malaysia, China, India, and other parts of Asia. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop promotional merchandise from suppliers across China, India, and Asia
• Manage full-cycle procurement : sampling, costing, supplier negotiations, PO issuance, and production tracking
• Oversee shipping processes, including customs clearance, documentation, and last-mile delivery
• Liaise directly with suppliers and factories; perform quality checks and supplier audits as needed
• Set up internal procurement SOPs and workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Monitor cost breakdowns and ensure product profitability
• Prepare the foundation to grow a sourcing & purchasing team
