Qualifications & experience

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Chinese Speaker will be an advantage ( Due to customer mainly from China)
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide information about destinations, travel packages, and company policies

Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency

Assist clients in booking and modifying travel arrangements
