Course Facilitator

As a Course Facilitator , your primary responsibility is to facilitate training programs and ensure clients have a clear understanding of the concepts presented. You will serve as a bridge between the presenter and the audience, fostering an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Key Accountabilities :

• Understand the client’s need and facilitate the training and / or programs that meets the client’s objectives.
• Utilize various instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage learners and maximize learning outcomes.
• Conduct and moderate in-person / virtual training sessions, ensuring client engagement and understanding.
• Handle event logistics (lanyards, trophies, materials), and manage program schedules.
• Update course details on the company website and ensure accurate program information.
• Proficiency of editing software is a plus for creating training and marketing materials.
