OneSAP@CCT Support coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of Change Management, Communication, and Training (CCT) activities for the Asia team Job Description
In your new role you will :
- Work closely with Change Communication and Training (CCT) specialists, mainly in Asia & Global.
- Participate in multiple regional projects to support the CCT team in administrative activities and CCT activities, eg, include following up on completion of assigned CCT activities.
- Monitor process completion, eg, Request / Consolidate / Check inputs given by Track Leads / Change Responsibles for CCT activities.
- Review and maintain CCT documents such as CCT roadmaps and materials, according to CCT Specialists' instructions and guidance.
- Coordination of operational tasks such as setting up of Slido, templates, meetings booking / preparations for workshop / meeting via online or face to face arrangement for CCT events / activities.
- Escalate CCT concerns / issues to the CCT team and management.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
Bachelor's degree in Communications / Mass Communications / Business Administration or any equivalent course.Ability to multi-tasking and work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to collaborate with team members.Write & speak good English as we will be dealing with regional & global colleagues.Note : 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
