Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

Manage and develop key accounts including corporate, travel agencies, and MICE clients. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations for major clients. Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Supervise and guide Account Executives in daily sales activities. Coordinate with hotel operations to meet client requirements. Conduct sales calls, client visits, and promotional activities to expand market reach. Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management. Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies. Represent the hotel at exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.
